Re-evaluation of the natural reality.


When editing these images I was contemplating the fact that I had taken nature and processed it through such a modern medium. The heightening of the highlights and contrast adds such definition to the images allowing them to be appreciated in a definition that the original did not allow. This was in an attempt to value the detail of mother nature. However, in doing so, I added an ironic aspect to the images as they have been manipulated by man.                                                                         Arguably they aren't being appreciated in the original value.
