Notebook documentation
Photographic documentation of my small notebook in which I draw, write and note. I have chosen a selection of the most aesthetic pictures, the other pages are mainly plans and reflections that I have then refined for my blog. This means that much of the work, information and reflections on my blog have been re-evaluated. This is an interesting aspect of this submission as the last submission allowed uncensored access into my creative notes, reflections and work. These pages contain poetry, drawings and thoughts/observations of other artists works. This notebook allows a psychological process to take place, to work through and mentally engage with concepts. Further to this, the physicality of the notebook is a comfort. Many days I merely had the book in my bag, unused, yet when I came to write or work; having it close helped. This psychological connection to the notebook allowed many vital poems and drawings to manifest within it.
