Print (advanced) Edits
Original prints from the workshops, over layed with poetry from the unit. The print was done from a photograph of a lady cleaning along a narrow street of Venice. This elderly lady's actions contrast my themes so vastly. The focus on the environmental and individual action however I am in no position to force a preconception upon her. Further to this, tradition is held high and 'the greater good' seemingly stands miles away. Preaching regarding these issues is seemingly a privileged within itself. Therefore, to metaphorically show this I wrote all the poems that I have used within this unit over the image (print). All poems were used, including the exhibition poem. This was to offer a holistic visual view of the unit and the emotive words, sentence and phrases used to capture the masses of reading/research done.
