26th March-
Fluid Praxis
Exposition text// 1st draft
Surrounding investigation and Research is the lifeline to these works. Differing investigation routes enables these artists to produce the work they do, to investigate the themes that run parallel to the works. Exposing that Research is a vitality in gaining better understanding of the work itself. Within this exposition, the fluidity of fine art Praxis has been collaboratively investigated. Fluid due to the external influences that may manifest in a number of forms, seemingly unrelated spheres that elevate the work to view something from an unforeseen angle. Creative research, investigation and implication opens up so many opportunities for progression in a system working so hard to hold the artist in the position designed for them. Unlike much research, artwork is often better at asking questions than giving answers.
However... in a world swamped by ownership and injustice, Has there ever been a more desperate time to ask questions?
