More initial reflections in red notebook p350.
Now my memorial tapestry is completed I am beginning to document it. I will photograph it again once the eyelets are fitted however I wanted to produce some more domestic shots. This is to allow the work to exist in the type of setting which I originally imagined it to. In public spaces, outside around trees similar to those depicted. A way for people to make a connection between the work and the world around them. The work is to raise awareness and remember what we may lose. The emotive route is more effective when communicating important issues.
However, I also plan to take some better quality images of the work/ take the images in white cube type spaces to allow the craft which has gone into the work to be showcased.
